Any event held at the venue before the 31st March 2009 will directly contribute towards the conservation of the 180 acre woodland, plus Forest Pines will off-set the carbon footprint of your delegates' travel to the area.

For every event enquiry you place for the until 31st March 2009 with a value of £5,000 or more, Forest Pines will plant a sapling tree on the Forest Pines estate and name it after your company or organisation.

When you confirm your booking, for every 50 delegates that attend Forest Pines will make a donation to offset 10,000 car miles - enough to cover the CO2 emissions of the average delegate's journey.
