Booking accommodation for delegates attending events in the Hull & East Yorkshire area has been made even easier thanks to Hull & East Yorkshire (HEY) Conferences.

A new online accommodation booking system has been added to the range of free services already on offer.

The experienced HEY Conferences team will source the ideal accommodation and negotiate special hotel rates within Hull & East Yorkshire and then create a customised event web-page for each conference or event, incorporating logos, a description of the event and an image gallery.

The conference organiser will be allocated a hyperlink to their bespoke accommodation webpage which can be added to their own event website, enabling delegates to click through to book their accommodation, or the link can be distributed to delegates via email or on any printed material promoting the event.

Delegates attending a conference or event in Hull & East Yorkshire can then book accommodation for that event online from anywhere in the world, leaving the conference organiser free to concentrate on the running of the rest of the event. Delegates are able to view images of the hotels and their facilities and make their own booking via this on-line service or alternatively they can contact the HEY Conferences team via telephone, fax or email to make a booking. The delegate will be sent confirmation, maps, hotel & tourist information.

HEY Conferences only work in partnership with quality assured and inspected accommodation providers in the Hull, East Yorkshire and Humber region.

Hull Jazz Festival is one of the first events to take advantage of the free new service provided by HEY Conferences.
